Karl Gude interview takes you inside Newsweek

I am the former Graphics Director for Newsweek and this interview was done during my final week at the magazine. The meeting you will see is the Friday morning "run-through" when work by the design, graphics and photo departments is presented to Newsweek's editor, Mark Whitaker (a position now held by Jon Meacham, who sits beside him) by Lynn Staley, the AME for Design (a position now held by Amid Capeci). Lynn prresents Mark color print on boards as he flip through a notebook with photocopies and ad placement.
